DENTAL INSURANCE
As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to file your insurance claims. However, since our services are rendered to you and not the insurance company, you are responsible for payment of all treatment fees. We will estimate your deductible and co-pay and file your insurance for the estimated balance.
Your estimated portion is due on the day of service. We can only estimate your benefits and once we receive payment from your insurance company, we will make any necessary adjustments to your account. If a balance is remaining, you are expected to remit payment in full using our payment options.
